About the artist
Okova
Okova builds his own canvases and panels before he paints, which gives him full control over the size, depth and texture of every surface. His work sits between abstraction and Pop Art, with vivid colour, dynamic forms and graphic pattern carrying subjects that are almost always human: emotions and shared experiences made tangible. Born in 1992, he has exhibited across Europe and was selected for Foundations, Artsy's online fair for emerging art.
