ARTWORK DESCRIPTION

Helder Batista's "McLego" is a playful sculpture that combines consumer culture with childhood nostalgia. It features a McDonald's french fry carton filled with yellow Lego bricks instead of fries. Crafted with meticulous detail using resin, the piece cleverly mimics the real fast-food item. "McLego" invites viewers to reflect on mass consumption and the intersection of global brands with everyday life, showcasing Batista's innovative and multidisciplinary approach.
