Return Window

You can return your items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition as received.

Be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items: Custom or personalized prints cannot be returned.

Return Process

Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

My husband and I had the best experience we could expect from Jaloe Art Gallery. We had our eyes set on a few paintings for our home from the Gallery and soon after they came to our house with those and a lot more based on what we had shown interest in at the Gallery <3 That helped us a lot. To have the paintings set up at your house is the key to a successful decisions on what to buy and what not..... and they hung the paintings up on our walls as well! :) We got a very professional and personal services from the employees of the Gallery and we give them our best recommendations.
