About the artist
Tamara
Fanny Tamara Cortondo, who signs as Tamara, calls herself a colourist and believes colour carries a healing energy able to shift how you feel. She lives on Ibiza and takes the island's light and its seabeds as her main source: dreamlike underwater landscapes, corals and animals, made to raise awareness of the natural world. Through her project El Taller de Tamara she works entirely by hand, across watercolour, ink, pigment, acrylic, paper, canvas, collage and wood.
