Original artwork — only 1 available

Two ribbons of polished stainless steel loop into an infinity sign and meet at the centre, standing on a round black marble base. Lorenzo Quinn writes that through the challenges of time we must always hold on to the golden moments spent together, and the mirror finish catches the room around it as you move. At 38 cm tall it suits a console, a bedside table or a desk where it can be seen from every side.

Medium: Stainless Steel And Black Marble
Size: 38 × 20 × 20 cm
Edition: 99 plus 15 artist's proofs

About the artist

Lorenzo Quinn

Lorenzo Quinn was born in Rome in 1966 and works in avant-garde figurative sculpture, best known for his monumental hands. He chose them deliberately as the most technically demanding part of the human body, and they have carried his work to Venice, Shanghai, Cannes, Mallorca and Giza. He conceives each piece in writing first, and the resulting poetic text is shown alongside the sculpture as part of the work. Michelangelo, Bernini and Rodin are his references.
