ABOUT

Eduardo Romaguera (Valencia, 1976) is a Spanish multidisciplinary artist working across painting, photography, sculpture, video, and new media. He studied Fine Arts at the San Carlos Faculty in Valencia and expanded his artistic training through a scholarship in Mexico. He is currently based in Marseille, France.

Since the late 1990s, Romaguera has exhibited widely in Spain, Mexico, France, the United States, Germany, Italy, Japan, and Portugal. His work blends technical precision with poetic intuition, often incorporating humor and inviting open interpretation. His artistic language is playful yet reflective, creating visual spaces where emotion, symbolism, and experimentation coexist.

Romaguera sees art as a creative game—an open-ended process where drawing, color, and form serve as gateways to new sensory and emotional dimensions. His practice is fluid and hybrid, moving between disciplines while maintaining a strong personal voice.

In addition to his studio work, he is actively involved in the independent art scene and is a co-founder of collectives such as La Mutante, promoting collaborative and contemporary cultural initiatives from the Valencian region to an international audience.
