July I 2026

This is one of those homes where every detail feels considered. Double-height windows flood the interiors with natural light, while stone, wood and carefully chosen materials create a calm, elegant atmosphere. Rather than filling the walls with works by different artists, the owners chose a more coherent approach. Throughout the house, artworks by Angela Carli appear from one space to the next, creating a visual thread that connects the interiors and reinforces the character of the home. Carli's work is instantly recognisable. Her portraits are built through layers of vintage newspapers, expressive drips and vibrant accents that add depth and energy to each composition. The combination of collage and painting introduces texture and movement without overwhelming the architecture. Moving through the house, the artworks become part of the design itself, bringing colour, personality and continuity to spaces that have been created with exceptional taste.
